Positions We Staff

  • Event Servers

  • Bartenders

  • Bussers / Event Assistants

  • Line Cooks

  • Catering Kitchen Support

  • Setup & Breakdown Staff

How It Works

Joining our roster does not mean committing to a fixed weekly schedule.

When event opportunities become available, qualified team members may be contacted based on:

  • Position and experience

  • Event location

  • Availability

  • Travel preferences

  • Staffing needs for the event

You can accept opportunities that fit your schedule.

Short-Notice Availability Is a Plus

A major part of our business is helping caterers, venues, and hospitality teams with unexpected staffing gaps.

Team members who are open to same-day or next-day opportunities may receive additional shift offers.

You are never required to accept every event.

Who We're Looking For

We value team members who are:

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Professional in appearance and communication

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments

  • Guest-focused and team-oriented

  • Able to follow direction from catering and venue leadership

  • Dependable with transportation to event locations

Previous restaurant, catering, banquet, hotel, wedding, country club, or hospitality experience is preferred for many roles.

Where We Work

Events may take place throughout:

  • Bucks County

  • Montgomery County

  • Philadelphia

  • Chester County

  • Delaware County

  • The Main Line

  • Surrounding Southeastern Pennsylvania areas

You can indicate the areas you are willing to travel to when joining the roster.
